Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, including all tags and certificates of authenticity.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@goldenopulencee.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your jewelry securely and send it to the address provided, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at support@goldenopulencee.com to arrange the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@goldenopulencee.com. We will arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund after confirming the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the product is defective or we have shipped the wrong item. If approved, we will issue a refund excluding any shipping fees.
